Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern access to and use
of the Kompas Kerjaya website at https://aurora.kerjaya.fit
(the "Site") and the career interest assessment services
made available through the Site (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are provided by Global Psytech Sdn. Bhd.
("Global Psytech", the "Provider", "we", "us", or "our").
Kompas Kerjaya is an online career interest assessment
designed to assist individuals in understanding their career
interests, exploring different career fields, and identifying
potential education and career pathways for career exploration,
educational planning, and personal development.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, "Client" refers to an
individual, school, educational institution, or organisation
purchasing or arranging the Services. "Participant" refers to
an individual undertaking the assessment.
1. Acceptance and Modification
1.1 Acceptance
By accessing the Site, logging in, or proceeding to undertake
the Kompas Kerjaya Assessment, the Client or Participant
acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions ("T&Cs").
Clients and Participants are encouraged to review these
T&Cs and the Privacy Policy before accessing or using the
Services.
Where a Participant is a minor, the necessary parental or legal
guardian consent or authorisation must be obtained in accordance
with applicable law before the Participant undertakes the
Assessment.
For assessments administered through schools, educational
institutions, or organisations, the relevant institution is
responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and
authorisations before providing Participants' personal
information or permitting them to undertake the Assessment.
Any Client or Participant who does not agree to these T&Cs
should refrain from accessing or using the Services.
1.2 Modification
The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&Cs from
time to time to reflect changes in the Services, operational
requirements, or applicable laws.
Any amendments will be published on the Site together with an
updated effective date.
Continued use of the Services following the effective date of
the amended T&Cs constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Description of Services
The Provider offers an online career interest assessment known
as Kompas Kerjaya.
The Assessment is designed to assist Participants in
understanding their career interests, exploring different
career fields, and identifying potential education and career
pathways.
Assessment access may be provided to individual Participants or
arranged through schools, educational institutions, or
organisations.
The Services are intended solely for career exploration, educational planning,
and personal development. Assessment results do not constitute a psychological
diagnosis or guarantee of future educational or career outcomes.
Assessment results do not constitute a psychological diagnosis,
professional career counselling, or a guarantee of future
educational or career outcomes.
The Provider reserves the right to improve, update, or enhance
the Assessment and related Services from time to time.
3. Participant Information and Assessment Access
3.1 Participant Information
Participants may be required to provide personal and demographic
information necessary for assessment administration, scoring,
and Report generation.
Such information may include name, date of birth or age, gender,
educational level, school or institution, and other relevant
information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information
provided is accurate and complete.
Where Participant information is submitted by a school,
educational institution, or organisation, the relevant
institution is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of the information provided.
The Provider shall not be responsible for errors arising
directly from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by
Participants or institutions, except to the extent caused or
contributed to by the Provider.
3.2 Assessment Access
Participants may access the Assessment using access credentials
or links provided by the Provider or an authorised institution.
Each assessment access is intended solely for the designated
Participant and shall not be shared, transferred, or used by
another person.
Participants must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the
Site, Assessment, or any related systems.
3.3 Institutional Responsibilities
Where assessments are administered through schools, educational
institutions, or organisations, the relevant institution is
responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete Participant information;

Distributing assessment access only to authorised
Participants;

Ensuring that Participants receive appropriate instructions
for undertaking the Assessment;

Obtaining all necessary consents, authorisations, and
notices required under applicable law, including parental
or legal guardian consent where Participants are minors; and

Ensuring that Participant information and assessment
results are handled confidentially and in accordance with
applicable data protection requirements.
4. Assessment Administration and Completion
Participants are required to follow the instructions provided
on the Site when undertaking the Assessment.
The Assessment must be completed within the applicable access or
completion period communicated by the Provider or authorised
institution, where such a period applies.
Participants are expected to provide responses independently
and honestly to ensure that the assessment results meaningfully
reflect their interests and exposure to different career fields.
The Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate
assessment access where there is evidence of misuse,
unauthorised access, or conduct that compromises the integrity
or security of the Assessment.
Where an Assessment cannot be completed due to a verified
technical issue attributable to the Provider, the Provider will
take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an
appropriate alternative arrangement.
5. Assessment Results and Reports
5.1 Report Generation
The Provider generates assessment reports ("Reports") based on
Participants' responses to the Assessment.
Reports may include information relating to career interests,
exposure to different career fields, career profiles, and
suggested education or career pathways.
Reports are generated upon successful completion of the
Assessment.
5.2 Access to Reports
Participants may access or download their Reports through the
method made available by the Provider.
Where assessments are administered through schools, educational
institutions, or organisations, Reports may be made available
to authorised representatives of the relevant institution,
subject to applicable consent, authorisation, and data
protection requirements.
Access to individual Reports shall be restricted to authorised
persons with a legitimate purpose for accessing the information.
5.3 Interpretation and Use of Reports
Assessment results are generated based on the responses
provided by Participants and are intended to support
self-understanding, career exploration, and educational
planning.
The Provider does not guarantee that assessment results will
predict future academic achievement, career performance, or
suitability for any particular occupation or education pathway.
Clients and Participants acknowledge that Reports should not be
used as the sole basis for making educational, employment, or
other consequential decisions affecting a Participant.
6. Modifications and Availability of Services
The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or
discontinue any part of the Site or Services where reasonably
necessary for operational, technical, security, regulatory, or
business reasons.
The Provider will use reasonable efforts to maintain the
availability and functionality of the Services but does not
guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided for
material changes or scheduled interruptions affecting the
Services.
The Provider will take reasonable steps to address verified
technical issues that materially affect assessment access or
completion.
7. Clients' and Participants' Obligations
Clients and Participants agree to:

Comply with these T&Cs and all applicable laws and
regulations;

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the
provision of the Services;

Use the Site, Assessment, and Reports solely for lawful and
authorised purposes;

Refrain from sharing, transferring, reselling, or providing
unauthorised access to assessment credentials or links;

Refrain from reproducing, distributing, publishing, or
commercially exploiting assessment questions, scoring
methodologies, Reports, or other proprietary materials
without the Provider's prior written consent, except as
expressly permitted under these T&Cs;

Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, extract,
manipulate, or interfere with the assessment platform,
scoring algorithms, or related systems;

Respect the confidentiality and privacy of Participants'
personal information and assessment results; and
-
Obtain all necessary consents, authorisations, and notices
before submitting personal information belonging to another
individual, including minors, where required by applicable
law.
Institutional Clients shall ensure that assessment results are
accessed and used only by authorised persons for legitimate
educational, career guidance, or administrative purposes.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
The Provider endeavours to ensure that information displayed on
the Site and within the Services is accurate and up to date.
However, the Site or Services may occasionally contain
typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or technical
issues relating to assessment information, content, language
versions, or system functionality.
The Provider reserves the right to correct such errors and
update relevant information.
Where an error materially affects an Assessment or Report, the
Provider will take reasonable steps to investigate and rectify
the issue, where appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nature of the Services
The Services and Reports are provided for informational,
educational, and career exploration purposes only.
The Provider does not warrant or guarantee any particular
educational, employment, or career outcome arising from the use
of the Services or Reports.
9.2 Use of Assessment Results
The Provider shall not be responsible for decisions made by
Clients, Participants, schools, institutions, or other third
parties based solely on assessment results, except to the extent
that liability arises from the Provider's own breach,
negligence, or other legally actionable conduct.
9.3 Indirect Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider
shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential losses, including loss of profits, business
opportunities, or reputation, arising from the use of the Site,
Services, or Reports.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the
Provider's total aggregate liability arising out of or in
connection with the Services shall be limited to direct losses
reasonably foreseeable and proven to have resulted from the
Provider's breach of these T&Cs.
Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.5 Service Availability
The Provider shall not be responsible for interruptions,
delays, or failures arising from circumstances beyond its
reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues,
third-party service disruptions, or events of force majeure,
except to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
10.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights relating to Kompas Kerjaya and
the Services, including but not limited to assessment
instruments, questions, assessment methodologies, scoring
models, algorithms, software, databases, Report templates,
documentation, content, trademarks, copyrights, and related
materials, remain the sole and exclusive property of Global
Psytech Sdn. Bhd. or its respective licensors.
10.2 Limited Right of Use
Clients and Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to access and use the Services and
authorised Reports solely for their intended personal,
educational, career guidance, or internal institutional
purposes.
10.3 Restrictions
Except with the Provider's prior written consent, Clients and
Participants shall not:

Reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute,
publish, or commercially exploit assessment content or
proprietary materials;

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source
code, scoring algorithms, or underlying assessment
methodology;

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assessment access; or
-
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary
notices.
10.4 Assessment Reports
Clients and authorised Participants may download, retain, and
use their Reports for legitimate personal, educational, or
internal institutional purposes, subject to applicable
confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Ownership of the underlying intellectual property shall remain
with the Provider or its respective licensors.
Nothing in these T&Cs transfers ownership of any
intellectual property rights to Clients or Participants.
11. Personal Data Protection
11.1 Collection and Processing
The Provider collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses
personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and
applicable data protection laws, including the Malaysian
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended), where
applicable.
Personal information may include names, dates of birth,
demographic information, assessment responses, scores, career
interest profiles, and generated Reports.
11.2 Purpose of Processing
Personal information is processed for purposes connected with
assessment administration, scoring, Report generation,
technical support, system security, and provision and
improvement of the Services, as further described in the
Privacy Policy.
11.3 Minors' Personal Information
Where a Participant is a minor, all necessary parental or legal
guardian consents, authorisations, and notices must be obtained
in accordance with applicable law.
For assessments administered through schools, educational
institutions, or organisations, the relevant institution is
responsible for obtaining such consent or authorisation before
submitting Participants' personal information or permitting
participation in the Assessment.
The Provider may request confirmation that the necessary
consent or authorisation has been obtained.
11.4 Access and Disclosure
Assessment results may be made available to authorised
institutional representatives for legitimate educational,
administrative, or career guidance purposes, subject to
applicable consent, authorisation, and data protection
requirements.
11.5 Privacy Policy
Further information regarding the collection, use, processing,
disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information,
as well as applicable privacy rights, is provided in the Privacy
Policy available on the Site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Malaysia.
Subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer protection
rights, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the
competent courts of Malaysia in relation to disputes arising
from or in connection with these T&Cs.
